Biography
Joy Awosika, MD
Dr. Joy Awosika earned her medical degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, in 2010. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Cincinnati, followed by an Experimental Therapeutics fellowship in medical oncology. She then pursued a combined Hematology and Medical Oncology fellowship at the National Institutes of Health. In 2025, Dr. Awosika joined the faculty at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women's Hospital, where she serves as a medical oncologist specializing in the Center for Gastrointestinal Oncology.
